Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

IS IT NEW OR USED? We have tags and cable loops manufactured for us in large quantities. These are brand new items. We then laser engrave the tags as you request. Tag and cable loop are packaged in a plastic bag (see last photo). These items have been touched during this process, but are still new, never before sold items. During shipping, on very rare occasions, postal equipment may cause damage to the product. If that occurs, please message us to rectify the issue.
