I like this carry on because it meets the length and width requirements of all airlines.I did return this because it was smaller then I expected but it seem to be of good quality. It seemed to move in all directions fine. I would purchase this again if I need this size.Very happy with purchase. Plenty of room for holding clothing. Great extra pockets.Rolling movements are easy.I really like K.C. carry on. Mine is the 20" and it will be great for traveling. Attractive, light weight and very maneuverable. It looks well constructed and should last but only time will tell on that.The luggage looks high end, we are using it this weekend! Hope it holds up better than my last luggage didThe suitcase is good. Fits things well. Firm sides. Easy to fill. The wheel placement makes it fall over because it is designed poorly. It tips on the outside pocket side. They need to be larger, harder plastic and figure out how to adjust for the lid side of the case. I didn’t even have anything in the pockets.The bag itself is nice... the pockets are a good size and the zippers work well and feel like top quality. The handle feels like cheap plastic but it works. The wheel design is horrible. I didn't realize it until I got packed it up but even while half packed it leans forward. It is not sturdy at all. It already fell twice in 1 trip. At the airport I need to constantly hold it up or worry it is going to fall since it tilts forward so much. If you don't mind constantly leaning it against something to hold it up it is a good bag. I would not personally recommend it though.Pretty nice and the fabric outside seems durable. Packed 4 adults in 2 28” for 10 days in Mexico no problems. Made the trip in great shape. However the telescoping handle could seem sturdier. We’ll see? However pretty pleased with them for the price. Very maneuverable and sewn in handles worked great and in intuitive locations.The handle is very fragile and sticks. In fact, it did not extend fully and also stuck on the way down. I had to force it down to return it in closed position. Very poor quality! I initiated the return within 5 minutes of receiving it.
