Mine was received with a broken trigger lock. The trigger locks were installed backwards and on the wrong sides of the luggage rack. Once I got them installed properly I still couldn't get it to install on the motorcycle. The rack was so out of square that I couldn't get more than two of the attachment points to mate with the docking points at any time. Either the two front, two left, or two right would line up, but no more than that at the same time. I kind of suspect that the parts were cut to size and welded together OK but the whole thing distorted while cooling.The folks at XFMT were as helpful as they could be, but it came down to the rack was just too out of shape to fit. They offered a replacement, but I just didn't want to take the chance of getting another bad one, since that seemed to be what the other reviewers were getting.
